Who is Eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation Services?

To be eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation services, an individual must:

• Be an enrolled member of an Indian Tribe;
• Reside on or *near the reservation
• Have a Physical or mental impairment which constitutes or results in a substantial impediment to employment and;
• Require vocational rehabilitation services in terms of an employment outcome
